New Variety searches and develops new varieties which are commercially interesting.

Breeder's right
New Variety applies for the (international) breeder's right or Plant Patent for new plantvarieties.

Trade Mark right
New Variety applies for the Trade Mark rights for trade marks.

License-agreements
Under the authority of the owner of the breeder's right. New Variety will conclude license- and propagation agreements with growers, propagators and traders.

Royalties and Policing
New Variety looks after collection of the license royalties and the policing of the appointments, which are agreed upon in the license- and propagation agreements.

Marketing and Promotion
New Variety looks after or co-ordinates the promotion worldwide of new plantvarieties.
